To share this board live across every phone and computer on your team, connect a free Google Sheet as the database — no Firebase, no Firestore.

  1. Create a new blank Google Sheet.
  2. Open Extensions → Apps Script. Delete any starter code.
  3. Paste in the backend script — use the ithub-appsscript.gs file provided alongside this app (open it and copy everything).
  4. Click Deploy → New deployment → gear icon → Web app. Set "Execute as" to Me and "Who has access" to Anyone. Click Deploy.
  5. Google will warn the app isn't verified — click Advanced → Go to project (unsafe) → Allow. It's your own script.
  6. Copy the Web app URL it gives you and paste it below.
First sign-in: name admin, PIN 1234 — change this immediately under Team → Users once you're in. This uses PIN-based login checked by the script itself, not bank-grade auth — treat it as an internal-team gate, not a hardened security boundary.
